Why won't EA help with cheaters?

I am so sick of the amount of cheaters in this game. Both teams reported these two cheaters they were running up the scoreboard, and NOTHING HAPPENED?!?!?! 

How hard is it to implement an auto-moderator???? Some person came in with an orange name and STILL NOTHING HAPPENED? I am so glad I god the game on sale or else I would have charged back my credit card. This has to be the WORST iteration of cheating protection I have seen in a video game.

Hey @MikePhish, please do not accuse any other users of cheating as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.

From here on out, any naming of users and accusing them of cheating will be actioned.

Reports aren't instant and a team needs to thoroughly investigate; this can, unfortunately, take a while.

Name and shame is against site tos and can potentially open up a whole can of legal worms for everyone involved so you'll need to remove the screenshot you took (and submit it with your report ticket)
