What is gone happen if there some players how not made the rank 40 in war 

of the pasific (tides of war) by the problems of could not fetch your reports. What is EA gone do about that??

Hope You will compesate that with the golden dog tag what becomes with it.

Any weapons/skins could potentially show up in the armory at a later date but that final dogtag will be permanently locked.

Let it go , do nothing . I am not sure I will use that dog tag , but you can purchase a boost packet to help you reach the goal .

it's not about the wapons or skins but more the dogtag, the skins and wapons i can buy but not the dogtag

Unfortunaly the only way to have the dog tag chapter V in gold is play and play and play . I am on the same difficulty as you i have unlock all items but i do make 600000 points in 2 days, so for me the dog tag will stay locked.

As @EA_Atic and @TTZ_Dipsy has said, the fetch report system issue is being looked into by the developers. Once they have an resolution to this they will notify the EA staff and either @EA_Atic or one of the other Community Managers will make a public announcement.

From one BF player to another just have a little more patience, I know it's frustrating but they'll sort something out for everyone that couldn't get the unlock due to the failed reports

If you have complete the 2966600 points this entered on your account. When the bug will be fixed it will be unlock or Assistance can unlock by phone.

Weapons should be up for purchase within the next few weeks and fetch report fixes should be retroactive meaning your gold dogtag should unlock
