Very bad cheater issue [ Edited ]

I would like to mention, i joined 6 games as a spectator. In those 6 games i saw at lest 8 cheaters tbagging trough a wall to say hi to each others (on different teams).
After that, one of them just teleporterd up to the sky. 
The rest of them are only using budget cheats, because they only had wallhack and aimbot.

I talked with one of them, he told me he is cheating for 3 years now and he hasn't been banned(won't mention here).
Dice, please do something with the anticheat in previous games because they are not fun anymore.
Cheater vs cheater games in neraly every server.


I would like to mention at least a few cheaters that i collected over those matches before they left the game quickly.

Please do not identify any player you suspect may be cheating, this is called "Naming and Shaming" and is not allowed on Answers HQ.

If you suspect a player may be playing unfairly you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report them.

If they tbag trough the wall and teleporting under or above the map, and fire a sniper rifle or tank like an smg, i will put their names everywhere  to shame them.

At our forum, we adhere to a rule (here ) based on which we are closing any discussions related to cheating. Our experience has shown that such conversations tend to lead to negative outcomes, creating a toxic environment.  As Barry already explained  "name and shame" is also not allowed.
