Summarize your bug After bleeding out instead of going to squad deployment screen game got stuck on downed perspective.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure.
What happens when the bug occurs? game is locked to downed soldier perspective. Esc menu still works but had to leave the server.
What should be happening instead? After soldier bleed out should go straight to squad deployment.
After bleeding out I got the death sound but instead of going to squad deployment the game was locked to a downed perspective and persisted until I left the server.
