Summarize your bug There is random 1 second stutters with DXR, but no stutter in DX11 or DX12 with DXR off. I think it happens on all maps.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enable DXR and play conquest on Rotterdam map.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1 second stutters
What should be happening instead? smooth visuals

There is random 1 second stutters with DXR, but no stutter in DX11 or DX12 with DXR off. I think it happens on all maps. When the stutter happens the frame rate and GPU usage fall to low numbers.

Stutters still occur with BFV March 5TH update and 419.35 Nvidia driver.

When you disable the Future Frame Rendering the stutter still occurs?

Yes, the stutter still occurs with Future Frame Rendering off.

A friend of mine also has the stutter with a rtx 2070. Random stutters on all maps. The screen freezes for a second and than continues. He has a 9700k with 16gb 2666 ram. He actually send the 2070 back and bought the 2080 but still the same random freeze. (both MSI cards)

Todays 4/4/2019 update fixed the crashing to desktop with DLSS, but 1 second stutters still occur with DXR. It seems to happen more than once early in the match. I meet PC requirements.

Are you getting crashes with DXR? My game constantly crash when DXR is enabled, when I turn it off, everything works fine.
