Hello, I would like to touch upon a situation that I have been undergoing, how some people for some reason after fully leveling up one of their classes get the mastery assignment no problem but I do not. Currently I have mastered and got to level 20 in the Assault Class as well as the Support Class. The apparel for these assignments are really nice and I would like to have what I worked for, what I earned. I know that some posts have been made about this too and believe me I tried everything. I tried to 1. Open a case and so far it just redirects me to nothing, so I cannot really communicate back, 2. Someone suggested playing combined arms so I did that, nothing. Believe me, I have tried everything and I just cannot find a proper solution, all I want to do is contact EA about me missing special assignments that I do not have yet received. Thank you for taking a look at this.

You should try talking with them by the chat option, I will post a link below with instructions. As I have said already, this is a common issue in Battlefield V which can be solved easily by EA support.

This is a well known issue in Battlefield V, the only way of tackling this issue is by talking with EA support and explaining the issue in detail. You have to be persistent with support.

Alright, thanks for the response one of them reached out to me and asked for some information. I decided to reply back in the email because If I clicked on any of their "still need help links" it redirected me to help.ea.com which is where I already have a case open (and I think this). Hopefully they see that I replied

It says its still in progress. When I click on the button to resume the case, it redirects me to a article that doesn't really help me. I just need to directly get in contact with then since I believe the assignment might need to be just added to my account manually if possible. Like I said above, hopefully the representative sees my reply.
