Spawn screen issue. [ Edited ]

Spawn screen is janky, the camera jitters around, under the map and flickers. There is also an associated sound issue sometimes like I'm getting audio from the two places that the camera is switching between - squad member view and below the map. This has been happening for a few weeks, and I just changed from an R9 390 to an RTX 2060 and it's still happening with the new card.

Yeah, I also have this problem. It will be fixed in the upcoming update!

I am getting this somethimes as well, not regulary and not tracable to something reproducable so far.
