Hello all.I just bought sapphire 6700 Xt 12 Gb .
My current specs are: Ryzen 7 2700 X cpu.
16 Gb ram at 3000 mhz.
650W psu.My previous gpu was Rx590 and i played bf at high/ultra about 60 fps average.I expected to be at around 150 fps now like other benchmark users with the same pc as mine but i get around 60-100..Average i would say 70 fps at ultra graphics Dx-11 ray tracing off!I think this is a bit low?Do you think those frames are normal for my specs?
I was so hyped about this card but it seems almost the same as my old rx590?Even in pubg my frames are almost the same about 90-130 ! The only big improvement was in cyberpunk i went from 30-40 high settings to 60-90 fps at ultra! Anyone with the same or indetical pc to compare frames?

Not sure if you figured it out yet. I had the 2700x and that turned out to be my bottleneck even with a rtx 2070. BF games are very cpu intensive. I upgraded to the 5600x on a B450 board. Even with two cores less I am now able to fully utilize my rtx 2070 and get 144fps nearly 80% of the time. I was around 110 fps with the 2700x. Using MSI after burner and setting up the On screen Display settings for RiviaTuner will help diagnose bottle necks. Also the ryzen 2000 series was very picky with ram speeds. I was also able to overclock my 3200mhz ram to 3600mhz easily with 5600x. Easy upgrade until AM5.

Hi @GreedyVosga
That card should be much much faster. At 1080p you should be getting 150fps+, even at 4k you should be around the 80fps mark.
Try it with DirectX12 and make sure vsync is off, also make sure your monitor/tv refresh rate is high enough; the higher the frames the higher refresh you need.
If still no luck then it could be a driver issue or your card not performing properly. I would first make sure your drivers are up to date and run a test on your gpu to make sure its running properly.
You can use 3DMark to run a test, there is a free basic version: https://benchmarks.ul.com/3dmark
Download GPU-Z to monitor your GPU and make sure it's using it's full resources and power: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
Both great tools that I use to keep things in check or useful if you're overclocking.
When running a 3DMark test you can use Time Spy and make sure it's using 100% of your GPU or close to it, also make sure it's running it's full speeds.
Let me know how you get on with those and we can at least narrow the issue down.

Make sure your monitor refresh wasn't reset to 60 or something low.

Thanks everyone for your answers!I will look the things you said and get back to you!I deleted old drivers and reinstalled them again so i dont think its a driver issue.I saw from adrenalin that the card consumption is low like 40W when gaming it seems weird! Maybe the 650w psu isnt enough?I will make a safe mode ddu just to be sure.

I also got a kernel security check failure blue screen when i alt tab from Bf V yesterday! It was the second day after i installed the gpu.I also did some Windows updates so idk from what i got that

so guys i run couple of stress tests and i think the results are fine.I ran the adrenalin stress test and it showed fine results the only thing is that my pc was stuttering when the test was running. Is this normal? i will upload the results with screenshots. The 3D stress test showed fine results too i think: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/61259047?

so i turned off gpu memory restriction and my fps boosted above hundred i can see 100 fps minimum and max 150 !
but the textures on water for example look like s***t! i still think something is wrong!
they look the same as this guy over here >>> https://www.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/f5ucs8/bf5_pc_win10_water_texture_bug_glitch_fuzzy/
