Just started the game 4 days ago and I am not receiving the 500 Company Coin per level up,

@LobsterFried I’m getting the same thing, talked to 2 people on chat support and they legit said nothing is wrong then ended the chat

Hey @Endenddk12 you'd probably be best off opening a case at help.ea.com/contact-us.

They'd be able to examine your account and should be able to grant any company coin you've not received.

With all due respect, have YOU ever personally attempted to contact EA for customer support? 

 

THERE IS NO SUCH THING as “EA customer support”. It’s a feedback-loop of links that brings you straight back HERE every time.

 

The only other route I’ve found was a live-chat with an EA tech who seemed like they could not POSSIBLY care any less, and who said they would “pass the information along” and that I would “get an in-game notification when the issue was resolved”. They then subsequently marked my ticket as “resolved” and that’s the last I’ve heard of it, this was somewhere around 2 weeks ago. 0 progress.

@LobsterFried Dude I’ve been on several phone calls and chats about this and every time I bring up the issue to someone they act like they’ve never heard of it then have to talk to someone higher up, they come back to me to link me to somewhere else

Recieving 50/500 Credits on level up

Since i bought the game a few weeks ago i only recieved 50 out of the listed 500 Credits per level up, ive seen this issue being rather common tho rather with 0 than 50 credits per level up. Customer Support told me to list this issue here. As of right now im missing 8550 Credits (450 x 19).

I don't receive any company coins neither after matches, nor for reaching new level. A lot of people face this problem. Does DICE can't fix it for more than a year..?
