No Class Mastery Assignment after reaching LV20 for each class.

All of my soldier class is already lv20 but I never received any Mastery Assignment at all. the one that give cosmetic outfits for soldier. This happen for a week now.

I did send my case to EA Help twice but they never contract me at all. They just put my case on resolve but didn't fix my issue.

Or I did something wrong about sending help to support?

@Sternen9e2ang Try to play squad conquest i remember i got all my CC and unlocks when i played squad conquest go and give it a go.
Im not sure if it still works like that but that was my sollution.

@Sternen9e2ang You might need to open a case with EA Help then, as they can assist with missing items.

If you wanted to give it a try you can contact them by going to help.ea.com/contact-us and opening a case from there.

@ElliotLH Can u guide me step by step? I might have done some mistake because I already send my case to them twice but they never contact me only just put my case on resolve which is not solve my problem.
