Missing 4000 creds from lvling

Ive been playing for 4 days or so and ive put alot of hours in amd once i hit lvl 10 i stopped getting the 500 creds per lvl and my friends keep getring thier creds with no issue. This makes it very hard to lvl up my guns, vehicles and trying to buy gadgets. Is there anyway to fix this?

Earning CC has been a little weird as of late - sometimes you randomly get a retroactive lump sum, other times you just need to complete one more full match, and for some users they had to reach rank 20 before earning.

Try getting a few more levels; if you haven't earned any CC after a few more play sessions I recommend you contact an EA Game Advisor for more assistance in the matter -
