How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make sure you have 600 kills BEFORE the Madsen en Karabin master dogtag fix
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. Need to make another 600 kills
What should be happening instead? Count should be based on total amount of kills with a specific weapon and not some kind of (post bugfix) delta

It seems that the Master dogtags are not properly coded to be rewarded when getting the right amount of kills. They seem to work with a delta instead of the total amount of kills. As can be seen in the screenshots i got 600 kills for both the Madsen en the Karabin but no master dog tag. These two were also bugged before and this might be related.

No i really don't think this is related. The reason why this is happening is that both the Karabin en Madsen dogtags were missing or bugged during the release of the weapon. They got fixed eventually but by that time people already had the necessary amount of kills but never received the dogtags.
