Same problem, I have and can read all 6/6 letters, but when I look at the challenges it says I only have 4/6 and I clearly have all of them. Therefore I cannot get the Last Tiger Skin. I had similar problems with other parts of the game, like in tides of war I'd complete challenges and still not get credit for it so I didn't get some of the unlockable guns even though I should have. This game has a lot of bug problems that I hope they address and back-gift the guns, skins, and other stuff I missed out on because of their bugs.

Summarize your bug Letters show 5/6 on progression but 6/6 on the lower menu. Confirmed, no letters can be picked back up. Not getting credit for completion without repairing across all chapters. No credit for playing chapter 1 (which is just silly). Its been completed 3 times. I have already re built my database with no positive results.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt the last tiger challenge on ps4, review other similar bug report videos. I did receive 1 blue screen that was reported via ps4 on my first attempt between the AA gun and the document retrieval portion.
What happens when the bug occurs? Progression doesnt track, not rewarded the unique tank skin.
What should be happening instead? Progression should track and its corresponding reward unlocks.

The more and more I look at the forums, the more and more I’m seeing issues with the War Stories. I’ve had this issue for two weeks without a fix. There are ways of manipulating the server by, I’m not kidding, putting your save data on a thumb drive of such, deleting your save data off the device, replaying the campaign mission, putting the old save back in and it “being there” in armory. It personally seems very flawed and it “just being there” doesn’t cut it for me to do something like that.
