I want to know if this is happened to anyone else

So I leveled my support up to level 14 and the gun that you’re supposed to get at level 13 has not unlocked yet I just need to know if this has happened to anyone else and if so how did they fix it

@scout510 That happened with the patch-before last if memory serves. The advice at the time was to play another round and see if the M30 Drilling appears afterwards. If it doesn't then I guess you should get in touch with EA customer services for help.

Sorry to hear you are being affected by this and the team is investigating it. A Battlefield player here was under the same circumstance and it fortunately unlocked for them at 15.

This has happened to me too. I just leveled my medic to level 20 and am not receiving the Thompson and special assignment. Also on my scout class I am not receiving the ZH-29 after leveling up to level 10. 

Please help
