I pre-ordered the battlefield 5 deluxe edition and never recieved all of the airlift items such as the blockade runner headgear and torso as well as some camos for weapons. I have checked my shipments regularly hoping they would show up but they still have not. Does anyone know how to fix this or who I have to contact as I feel cheated spending extra money for non existent rewards.

Check for the Items in your Company as well, and make sure you have them.

I thought I was missing things as well, because they weren't going to my Shipments anymore, instead they've just been appearing in my Company.
So, double check there with the List that I've posted, and make sure you have the items.
