Can you please explain what you mean by trophy? Are you trying to achieve the accepted solutions badges on AHQ or is this an in-game trophy you're attempting to achieve? Please give more detail so that we may help you

If you still need help with this you better try to delete BFV 'Profile Save Data' from your storage..

Be sure to screenshot your game settings now because it will delete all like you started BFV for the first time. Also don't worry, your stats are saved in Multiplayer, you just have the bugged Game Save because you played BFV before EA / DICE fixed those Trophies and you need to do 100K points again on all classes..
