[Game Crash] can't even run the game

ERROR Message:

It said " Too many computers have accessed this account's version of DisplayName field missing from registry.recently.Please try again later."

Though I have read serveral related questions on this forum and tried to solve this issue via solutions given by these posts, it still didn't work.

-I tried to enable 2fa, not working.

-Waiting for 24 hours then  login again, failed.

BTW, I'm using VPN service to play the game.

Try loading initially without the vpn.

Enable vpn after it has connected?

If its still crashing,  you may need to verify the game files from origin

And clear directx cache

Search for "file" in windows explorer,   Click on the result called " file explorer options "

Click the "View" tab

Look for the option "show hidden files and folders" and check the checkbox,  Hit apply.

Then click start ->  type "run" and open the run box.

Paste this in to the run box:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Battlefield V

Delete ALL of the files within that directory.

Repeat the above for this location :
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\\D3DSCache

Relaunch the game and see if the issue stops for you.

Another thing also to check,  is that windows is fully up to date,  your drivers are fully up to date,  not just gpu drivers but audio and lan drivers too.

Check to see if you have any permissions on the origin.exe and the bfv.exe ( such as checkmarked to run as administrator )

Power cycle your router to refresh your connection also if you want to be certain it's not a connectivity issue.

With it mentioning registry entries,  I'd say you will fix it either by verifying game files,  Or reinstalling it from scratch.

Part of this may be due to consistently changing ip addresses and locations due to the vpn.

@LOLGotYerTags -after delete all these file, still failed to run the game.
-windows 10 OS build 19042.928
-Nvidia dirver 465.89
- audio and lan drivers all good
-have granted permissions on the origin.exe and the bfv.exe
- router is fine that running well.
-verifying game files and reinstalling game got no difference.
-after disable vpn service, i got same error message," Too many computers have accessed this account's version of DisplayName field missing from registry.recently.Please try again later."

Youll probably have to go through EA customer support then.

That's literally all I can think of at this point.
