Fps drops after the latest update

I have a 8700k @ 5ghz and 2080, before June.26th 's patch, I had 150-170 fps while I stream. Now I can only get 100-120 fps without streaming or any background app. What is happening? Anyone having the same issue? How to fix it?

@shinkiSAIYAJIN we're going to need a bit more information. What is your OS, which version of DX are you using, are you using any programs with overlays (Origin in game, discord overlay, MSI Afterburner etc)?

My OS is Window 10 1809, using DX 12 for bfv, no other overlays except for Origin In Game Overlay.
