Firestorm Unplayable due to to High latency

One of the key points we’ve focused on is the matchmaking in specific regions – particularly Brazil, Australia/Oceania, and South Africa.       Well Then why are there no servers in Europe . Or there are no players there either . I bought a game for Firestorm . And I can't play it !!!! Ping 170-200

sometimes europes get loaded in EU server... SOMETIMES. mostly europes get loaded into NA east/west servers... even in EU peak times europes get loaded into NA east/west servers when the player popularity in EU is higher than in NA. thats strange!
