EA AntiCheatService Issue

BFV bought from EPIC GAMES won't let me play ONLINE.
Fresh Windows 11 23H2 on Lenovo Legion 7 2021 Laptop.

I've tried all the solutions I could find online, literally all of them. From the simple ones like uninstall, reinstall, repair, change location. To advanced ones like correct registry locations, DNS flush, reinstall EAAC service, install signatures, etc. The problem is Fresh BFV won't launch at all because EA Anticheat Error 115, something with the path but nothing weird was found in registry, the service itself won't start on this pc at all, starting it manually gives error 87 an incorrect parameter. The temporary fix for that was to delete EA anticheat files INSIDE the game, but that gives "Lost connection to the EA servers" when trying to play online. I've tried different networks, both Wi-Fi and LAN but issue still persist, so in my conclusion it kicks me out because anticheat is not present.

I did open a case on EA support, but I never received any help, the chat says approx 10 min wait time, It has been 2h since. 

Main issue is EA AntiCheatService won't start at all, is there anyway to get a log why it is not starting, event viewer says "Parameter is incorrect" but that does not give me any hints. 

Any Ideas?
