Can't receive any company coins (CC) after leveling up

Can't receive any company coins after leveling up. Daily rewards are given, but there is no CC for leveling up

@Selectors_roll Thought it might be as there's unfortunately a known bug where that version doesn't get the rank up coins until after level 21. When you hit that rank you should start earning them, but in the meantime I'm afraid you'll only get them from daily and weekly missions, or by completing each difficulty setting of Combined Arms.
