I haven’t gotten any response or help about my bug I’ve posted multiple times can anyone help with not being able to claim any free items that were released with the pacific for BFV

@Alaankid As I mentioned in your other post, at this point you will need to contact EA Help for assistance. Nobody here can award missing items unfortunately, we can only suggest workarounds to try.
