The second file you attached is for the AG M/42.

 

Servers have been weird lately so that could be it. Please play one full match from start to finish.

 

After that, since you're on PS4, I'd like to ask you to attempt restoring your licenses (this won't delete anything). I think by pressing options over the game tile should bring it up? Sorry I can't remember exactly.

 

Try a full reboot of your system (power off, not sleep. Remove the power cable for around 2 minutes).

 

If that doesn't work I recommend contacting an EA Game Advisor for assistance; they should be able to sort you out. Check out this link for more details: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/contact-ea-help/
