I’ve played the introduction and want to access the multiplayer game modes. Is this available with the deluxe version today or is it just the story mode??
currently can’t get access onto multiplayer!!

@D-M1LL5 The full version of the game should be available to you.
It could simply be an issue that you are having issues with your connection, do you see an error of any kind when you try to join a multiplayer game?
Best thing to do is take a couple of minutes to take a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
Please ensure that you open the ports for Battlefield 1.

thanks for the response. I’ve check NAT, connection and multiplayer connection and it’s all good.
still no joy getting the multiplayer to work on the Xbox one!!
Is is there anything else I could try losing patience with this now

Just played and now i can't. Error 2000. PC Win 7.

Tried several restarts, but I cant join any squads ad can only make my own for others to join, XB1 related.

Hello so when I try to connect to BF5 online it says you have lost connection to ea online... The game worked ther first day I t came out and then nothing after that. Please help!

Make sure Time/Date is correctly set in your machine.
Clear DNS cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/
Clear the browser cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clearing-your-browsers-cache
Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034
Restart your machine.
Go in Origin / My Game Libary,right click on game icon select Repair and Update Game.
