Team deathmatch is the main focus for the tides of war from january 2 to january 9th. The spawning will allow enemies to spawn directly behind a line of players shotting meaning they all get killed unexpectedly when the enemies should spawn at where the enemies are

Go into practice mode
Select "Practice vs other players" and
Play that mode until you rank up your class
Only one rank is required
