That was an old problem. Back before I figured out what wqs really causing the crashes: AMD's Adrenaline software package. I have never overclocked the CPU or the GPU. The game plays great now with just the barebones driver.

If you're using the Logitech Gaming Software for your mouse, there's also an option that defaults-in the Enhance Pointer Precision, and overrides your Windows settings. Make sure that this is left unchecked.

Thanks for the guide!
i still have an issue though:
When playing as a pilot in BF5 and bringing the plane‘s nose downwards in order to shoot some bullets/rockets at enemies (infantry):
The game automatically slightly pulls up the nose of the plane which is veeery annoying and makes it harder to attack.
How can I deactivate this? So annoying...
This happens in 1st person view only.

@larsl97 Didn't see this until now lol
But, seeing as how flight controls will be relevant for this and other BF games, it may still be relevant. Since you're on console, I can't help you much since I'm on PC. You could try and adjust your sensitivity and/or look into "aim assist." Otherwise, I hope you got a fix for it since your posting.
