Battlefeild 5 unlocked assignments not showing up

Assignments that I have unlocked are not showing up when I go to start them in the assignments menu.

Talking with EA support now. this guy... unbelievable.

The assignments are Medic Mastery 1, Assault Mastery 1, Support Mastery 1, and Recon Mastery 1.   The guy keeps stating he can only unlock assignments and not rewards.  Like no duh dude.  If you got a bundle that has the rewards for the basic assignments, believe this is the cause of the bug.  Tried to explain that and guy again said he cant unlock rewards.

What you need to tell them specifically:

I am missing the max rank assignment for Assault

I am missing the max rank assignment for support

I am missing the max rank assignment for recon

I am missing the max rank assignment for medic
