Bad FPS

I have a Radeon 5700 xt and a Ryzen 7 3700x 16 gigs of ram and get 100 FPS on low why is that? Are my specs not good enough or am I missing something

It’s most likely the game. Make sure you update windows, updated/reinstalled Gpu drivers and changing the video control panel settings.
