BFV Medic and Recon mastery assignements not showing up

All of my classes are lvl 20. so far I've had help with Assault and Support mastery assignements, but now these are not showing up.

@EA_AticI asked on twitter and they told me that it was a bug I had to wait for the development team to fix?? I don't think this game is even being supported anymore.

For posterity:

When you request help make sure you request "missing content " and you'll get a live chat and have the missing assignments given. Don't use anything else. Twitter and Facebook couldn't help me but I mentioned the word "bug". Keep the message as "missing content" and it might work.
