Summarize your bug While enabled in DX12 RTX cards will randomly mini freeze and stutter, I am able to recreate this every single game in FIRESTORM when equipping the first body armor plate I pick up. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On a RTX 2080ti *DX12 on* RTX ULTRA on when trying to equip the *FIRST* body armor plate of the game, your card will freeze and stutter for 1-2 seconds. GPU USAGE DROPS to 2-7%.
What happens when the bug occurs? GPU USAGE DROPS and game FREEZES AND STUTTERS
What should be happening instead? Not whats happening.
