BF5 Team Balance

Several players that I'm trying to keep interested in BF5 complain of these 3 things- and I'm one of them.

1. lacking hacker mitigation
2. god-awful team XP balance, resulting in terrible experience for winning and losing sides
3. mechanics- getting stuck on terrain, inability to stand up, lay down, etc

1 is worst effect, 2 is by far the most common, and 3 is just an annoyance.  2 seems trivial to resolve.  Why isn't it fixed?  Where can status be seen on what EA acknowledges is a problem they are working on at least? Give me a reason to keep playing.

And to the Team Balancer.. I'm sure that BFV Team is fully aware of this issue but we still have no word if it is something DICE is looking for in first place..

Year 2020 is great for BFV and I still hope that DICE will make this year the best year for BFV..

Inless the game is struck by some miracle, I'm sure #1 won't get any better. Console players don't really need to deal with this sort of problem.

I made a post over in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Megathread-Team-Balance-Feedback-Discussion/m-p/8816425... trying to discuss the issue; hopefully everyone is able to come up with some solutions together.

Believe it or not, #3 has already been made better with previous patches. I've witnessed first hand that the problem is far from being 100% fixed but I also onow the team is aware players are still having issues; it's best if you can record some footage of it happening to your soldier and specific locations you think could use improving to better help the team.
