How to activate persistant servers?

I also cant find out where to activate persistent server... Do i need to be a Battlepass Owner to even activate it on my server?^^ I dont find an option in the server options to enable it.

i have battle pass but after the recent update , i can't find Persistent Server feature any more !!! when i click on host i can't find the Persistent Server feature,

i can't even activate it on option , it not there!!

Can you please help me.

Bought the ultimate edition the standard and the premium pass also bought the game for 4 of my friends and since day one I could not launch my own experience or host it error code quota reached but there is only 2 experiences available for south Africa and both is conquest...very disappointing!
