operator syndicate problem

I’ve completed all the other pre requisites and purchased every gun and gadget for the operator class but it still won’t unlock the patch for me

Hey guys, could you double check if you fulfill all requirements and criteria?

Requirements:

- Operator Assignment 2

- Operator Gold Service Star 1

- 10 operator specific guns or gadgets

Criteria:

- 200 Assault rifle kills

- 15 First Aid Pack Coins

- 15 Revive Coins

- Operator's tier 4 Reputation track in 10 different matches.

Once completed, it should award you said patch

I just need revive coins but I revive like 7 per round an still havent got coins for it
