Hi @CarDegn

Ok, I have a couple questions:
- Origin and the game folders are in the same harddrive?
- Did you ever reinstalled your OS and keept game files on other HDD?
- Did you ever had problem with Punkbuster? Kick or temp ban?
- What kind of antivirus do you have?

Hi @CarDegn

1. In Panda antivirus, turn off Firewall supervising. This will handle over Firewall supervising to Windows.

2. Open Windows Firewall and make sure that every BF file and every PnkBstr file is got the permission both on private and public networks.

3. Open Battlefield 3 folder. Program files x86/Origin Games/Battlefield 3.
Find pbsc.exe.
Double click on it and choose Install/Reinstall Punkbuster service.

4. Open Origin Client, My Games. Right click on BF3 and choose "Update game", after that, choose "Repair" game.

If this not fixing the issue, than please provide a fresh DxDiag. Thanks!

Hi @CarDegn

The DxDiag is full with Windows update errors, with TrustedInstaller FOD message. Basically your Os cannot deal with the proper update procedure and this could cause different problems. Unfortunatelly I am not sure what is the source of the problem.

- Please make sure that Windows is activated.
- Try to force update, during update do not do anything else.
