battlefield hardline multiplayer stuck on loading

Since yesterday i cant play bf hardline multiplayer as my game gets stuck on the loading screen just before you get to the load out screen. I play on the xbox one, have restarted my modem, console etc and still can't join a game. I am able to join bf4 servers but not hardline. Does anyone know why?

Hello @Voxfan !

Try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by following these steps:

1) Turn off console and unplug everything. Keep the console off until the power brick's light is completely off.
2) Plug the console back in and turn it on
3) Connect back to Xbox Live

If that doesn't help, try these two things on your Xbox One:

Clearing Persistent Storage: Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear it out twice.

Clearing Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & reboot console.

I got the same problem and have tried the same steps in doing this.

I Need some extra assistance because when the loading screen freezes, my whole pc freezes too.

i have the same problem but on PS3 . i get stuck on the screen just before i enter the game , which has the news flowing at the bottom of it and the name of the mode on the top left. it doesnt freeze but just i get stuck for a very long time there

Does this have to be done EVERY TIME I play? Or is there a permanent fix?? As of right now I have to this all the time and it's really annoying I've been trying to get on literally for the last 20 mins or more
