batlefield hardine

recently bought and installed battlefield hardline, the game does not let killl anyone. I tried game repair still doesn't work. I can aim and shoot but it wont kill anyone,I get killed just fne.

Please assist.

Can you be a bit more specific? What's going on exactly when you're trying to play?

In game when I point the weapon at an opponent and fire the opponent does not die no matter how many times I shoot it, but they can kill me ...they are not dying this happens in campaign..
