Why is EA ignoring Hardline?

Firstly they only make missions for BF1 and BF4, secondally why not make DLCs free for limited time?

Pretty much nobody plays them anymore, so what's the point...

That is exactly the point. I would really love to see Hardline revived and I'm still waiting for a balancing patch. Be being realistic i don't think this will ever happens. Hardline isn't worth Ea attention anymore.

They've not put out any official reasoning but it's most likely due to Hardline being failure and having a very very small player population compared with BF4 and BF1 so the effort to integrate it would have very minimal return on investment. There is also the fact that Hardline's well known "drive in circles" boosting would defeat the purpose of the Road to BF5 assignment by completing them in a very short amount of play time instead of having players PTFOing.
