Trophies/achievements not working

I have been trying to get the 'Super Cop' trophy on Ps4 but a bug isn't letting me. I have completed the campaign twice on Veteran mode, and repeated many episodes as well but nothing seems to work. I am trying to obtain all of the trophies available and I'm afraid I cannot if this issue persists.
