I have the same problem I've purchased things and it did unlock and ticked off went into a lobby checked it and it was locked again! Please help 😞

Please purchase the following weapons/gadget during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!

Cops/Sniper Semi-Auto:
- SR-25 ECC

Crims/Machine pistol:
- TEC-9

Gadgets:

- Stealth Training

When you done the shopping the Syndicate requirements will be visible.
