Professional syndicate won't unlock

I am having the same problem aswell as i have purchased all the guns and gadgets and the professionl syndicate wont unlock could someone help please

I see that this issue wasn't fixed for almost a year now.

The game been released in 17 of march 2015. Battlelog have around a dozen bugs, 95% of them "day one". To answer to your question: I dont think so....
