I got this through the Origin vault and it's not like I remember it, where I see the start up screen for single player. It's sending me to the Battlelog site and I could care less about the battlelog site. I don't do multiplayer I prefer single player.
It took about ten tries before trying to do it with Origin in off line mode. But I don't want to keep Origin off line in order to play Hardline.
I am requesting a more permanent solution to my problem so that I can enjoy hardline in single player and with my X1 controller without having to
A: Pause the game every few minutes to figure out the controller scheme
B: Be sent to the Battlelog website
I'm trying to get help with chat as it would be faster to get a response but no one's answering
It should not be complicated to play Hardline in single player without having to keep checking the control scheme for the controller and without having to go through the browser to do it.
There is no Dx error.
There were no crashes caused by graphics cards
It may have something to do with the recent, forced and unwanted update.
This is my only Origin account; version 10.4.16.25850 - 0
The only thing I did was uninstall Origin from it's previous drive to move ALL Game programs from Steam and Origin to a specific and dedicated external drive, then reinstall and then moved a copy of the Origin Games folder to the new Origin games folder on the new drive. I then had to repair the installation to be sure it was working five by five, Translation: Copasetic, within normal parameters, No problems, no whammies.
I've checked on other sites, even done searches on Google and Ask Jeeves's search site. I had to amend the shortcut on the desktop to include a specific command string to bypass the Battlelog connection to the browser.

Hi @joegibson0
Battlefield Hardline have a WebUI, a webbrowser based user interface. In the order to play the game you have to log in to Battlelog. Here you can check your player profile (pic. 1). You can play multiplayer (pic. 2) In multiplayer I suggest to browse server, because the lack of players on PC. Picture number 3 show how to enter onto Single player. Have fun!
