Invalid account on XBox 1

It will not let me play multiplayer, it does not give any information on how to fix the problem. The error say the account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com, but there is no information on the site.

Find your EA Account email address using your game or Origin

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast. 

Contact us for help if you’re still having trouble.

I'm still having this issue i tried resetting my password and not working
