I can't connect to multiplayer BFH

Single player works fine, but when I try to connect to multiplayer, the error can not join a server

why is it only battlefield hardline...   i don't have problems with other games. it says not connect to ea servers. this has happened the last two days i've wanted

to play..   we spend lots of money on this game and they can't fix their servers? the game itself freezes.

@True_NadR We had issue that day but since then have been resolved.

Are you still experience network issues?

Whenever I try to load the BFH tab boots up but then it will just kick me out of it with no error message.

PS I have tried rebooting the router

Hello @PanikAttakk ,

Disable your anti-virus and/or firewall (remember to reactivate them later!) and go to the BFH install folder and run "BFHWebHelper.exe" as admin. This worked for me.
