Ghost melee attack when shooting

Hello! I'm a ps4 user. Often when I'm firing, a melee attack is deferred without having pressing the R3 button. This happens in BF hardline and BF4. This gets worse when using a sniper rifle. I try to change the controller config, but in this case I ger crouch when I firing. I changed the controller too, but the problem continues.
