Ea access code missing from set

I just got an xbox one set that came with a game and an ea access code but the only problem is that the code is not with it and I’m unable to signup for ea access on my xbox

please can I get some help with a new code for it

Since it's an problem related with Xbox, i think you should refer to Microsoft rather than Ea.
