Is it possible you already have an Origin account tied to your PSN ID? Or a different PSN ID already tied to your Origin?
A game advisor is needed to remove this.

If not, perhaps try changing your password for Origin and trying again with the new password.

Is your Origin account's date of birth 18 or older? I don't know if this would affect it.. but maybe?

Another user's solution to this problem was he created a new Origin account.

I am on ps4 and I have this exact problem. Please help.
