Can't play / download Premium maps

I've purchased Battlefield Hardline Premium, by way of purchasing the Ultimate Edition, but I can't simply download the premium dlc. Three out of four say "free" (no note that it's because I have Premium), but Robbery still costs $14.99. What do I do?

It's definitely weird that one of the four DLCs wouldn't be showing up as free. Which platform do you play on?

Thank you for responding. I play it on the PS3. Sorry, I didn't realize that I'd forgotten to mention that. However, I should also point out that I've since given up and purchased the Robbery DLC.
