Can not login to EA Account on Xbox One.

Im trying to play Hardline for the first time. I can't do this because I need to log in to my EA Account. It have verified my user name. I have verified my password on other games. However, I see a message. UNABLE TO LOGIN. WE CANNOT COMPLETE THIS ACTION AT THIS TIME. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE PLEASE REFERENCE HELP.EA.COM OR ANSWERS.EA.COM.

Make sure that your gamertag is linked to your Origin account. You can do this by following the instructions here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/Gamertag-PSN-ID-and-EA-Origin-account-Connection-amp-Changes/td-p/20...
