Battlefield hardline error porty 3659 UDP

I've error port 3659 udp in BFH even i did everything but still have this error 
like open port in firewall and from router page , i use windows defender antivirus 
i used cmd to to renew everything and clean everything in network

so what i should do after that and still have same error !!! i did all Tech & Troubleshooting
