Every time I click *PLAY* on Battlefield Hardline, the Battlelog opens (on Firefox), and after trying to Join a server or even Campaign mode, nothing happens, it keeps saying *JOINING* but nothing happens, then after hours it gives you an error to reinstall the game and origin and something about anti virus and firewall... did all of that, still nothing...
P.S.: BF3 & BF4 works perfectly... only problem with BFH... and BFH was fine before...
What I Did so far:
Disabled Firewall
Disabled Anti-Virus (Windows Defender, not AVG)
I was using AVG Tune Up and i thought it had something to do with AVG Products, so i removed it and STILL NOTHING...
P.S.: Never had AVG Anti-Virus... just AVG Tune Up which is removed right now...
Re-Installed Origin
Re-Installed BFH
Cleaned up my PC & Registry via CCleaner...
All Drivers are Updated to the Last version...
Tried the Run as Admin thing as well
Deleted my BFH Folder from My Docs...
my Specs:
Windows 10 Pro x64
i5-4430
GTX 760
8gb Ram
So to Sum Up, I did everything and still Nothing... now FFS please someone Help Me? Thanks...

Ok, I * finally Solved it...
Here's what I Did:
1. Uninstall BFH
2. Uninstall Origin
3. Shift+Delete (Every Folder Named Origin in "ProgramFiles, ProgramData, AppData, My Documents" )
4. Use CCleaner to Clean Apps and Registry by using this settings: http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues
5. Restart your PC
6. after that Disable your Anti-Virus and Firewall and start Installing Origin and BFH...
7. then Run the game as Admin...
8. Voila.
Thanks @Arpadiusz for almost helping...
Thanks @EA_Valgard for NOT HELPING AT ALL...
and Thank You * EA.

Hey @Fixer221b,

Hi @Fixer221b
i am not sure to delete the hardline folder in documents was a good idea, but probably the AVG is blocking the hardline exe. Please add the whole hardline game folder to exceptions in AVG, its suppose to solve the problem.
To avoid any problem in the future, pls enable cloud data savings too. If windows firewall is asking, give permission to hardline exe to do what its have to do...
Please make sure the battlelog is runing plugin free, if nothing else, give a try to google chrome webbrowser

Hi @Fixer221b
ok,
check in webbrowser the following:
open battlelog, in the right top corner click to your username, click to settings
in general setting the very first line must to show: game launch, plugin free
install avg, add hardline gamefolder to exceptions
the reason is because defender is not the best choise...
can you make sure windows firewall is not blocking battlefield exe?
August 2016
ok @Arpadiusz
I dont wanna be disrespectful, but Im telling you I DO NOT HAVE AVG on my PC...
and like I said on my first post, I did disable the ANTI VIRUS (Windows Defender) and FIREWALL... but still i did add Origin and BFH to their exception lists...
but still nothing happens...
and Yes Im sure that Windows firewall & anti virus are not blocking BFH...
so yeah, Im still looking for a proper answer... anyone???
Thanks.

Hi @Fixer221b
You not disrespectful, just ... in your first post you said:
Disable Anti-Virus (Windows Defender, not AVG)
I was using AVG Tune Up and i thought it had something to do with AVG Products, so i removed it and STILL NOTHING...
its suggested you uninstalled
- avg tune,
- disabled win def
- and its sounds AVG antivirus still runing
so i tought avg antivirus is still active
you wrote only in your 2nd post you dont use any avg product
after that i made a suggestion, because
- you cant turn off Win Def, just disable the real time scan. Means anything what is blocked before, will be blocked permanently.
- the only way to turn off Win def is to install other antivirus, that was my suggestion
- if the network policy already blocked hardline, to turning off the firewall not will change anything...

ok @Arpadiusz, Thanks.
I will Try to Uninstall Everything like BFH and Origin and clean up everything, then Disable everything that i can then Re-Install Origin and BFH... to see what happens...
but now, is there any Softwares/Products/Apps or anything that is not Compatible with BFH ?? except AVG products???
Maybe I have something installed on my PC that is not a match with BFH???
I dont know... im open to everything at this moment...
so if there is any please tell me @Arpadiusz @EA_Valgard ...
Thanks...
